Kevin Knezevic-Maragh
As a child I was always doodling. It was clear that I was artistic; whether it be drawings of houses, furniture or design layouts. It was not until the age of 16 that I started to realize my true potential in design. It started in my parents home in Brooklyn, New York. They wanted a new look for the kitchen, and being an avid drawer, I started sketching different layouts. I showed them to my parents and they used my ideas to complete their renovation.
My parents also wanted a different look for the exterior of our Brooklyn home. And there I was sketching ideas once more. The exterior of the home was renovated exactly to my drawings. Two years later I relocated to the Sunshine State of Florida. There I found myself moving from one apartment to another every year. My friends and family thought I was crazy. To the average person I might have appeared to be unstable but it was completely by choice.
I found it exciting! Each new apartment was another blank canvas waiting for me to design. I was told repeatedly by friends and family how captivating each space looked and was often encouraged to take my ideas to the next level. I decided to further hone my gift at the Art Institute located in Fort Lauderdale Florida. My style is modern contemporary . However I am capable and enjoy doing all other design styles including outdoor spaces.

MEET MARC
Marc Knezevic-Maragh
My career in Real Estate/Design began with my husband over 10 years ago when we began flipping homes. We would collaborate where I would work on the financials to make things happen and he would redesign the spaces to make them more functional within our given budget. After flipping many homes, I decided to pursue my Real Estate Sales Associate license to further my knowledge of the industry. I worked for a broker and was able to learn all of the ins and outs of the industry while building my clientele. From there, I made the decision to collaborate with a great friend/realtor to form the Morrison Group at LoKation Realty with over 20+ years of experience in the industry. I currently work alongside my husband, assisting him with clients whether it is from a design aspect, or to assist his clients with their real estate needs. Collaborating with Maragh Interior Designs with the Morrison Group at LoKation Realty really allows us to meet all of the needs of our clients from both a design and real estate aspect.
